- 1-1/2 cups Dannon® Oikos® Greek Nonfat Yogurt
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 2-3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 25 servings (2 Tbsp./serving)
- In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and garlic. Reduce on medium flame until only ¼ cup remains, then cool.
- Combine yogurt, onion, and parsley with cooled balsamic and mix well. Serve as desired.
